For brands requiring extended coverage such as event days, brand activations, or larger content campaigns, hourly coverage is available.

Hourly Rate: $75 per hour

Each hour of coverage includes:

• 10 professionally edited images

• 1 short-form reel suitable for Instagram or TikTok

Additional content can be added as needed:

• Extra edited images: $15 per image

• Additional reels: $100 each

Travel is charged separately based on distance.

Test Shoot / Product Exchange



For brands interested in exploring a potential collaboration, I occasionally offer a test shoot on a product exchange basis. This allows both the brand and photographer to see if we are a good fit for working together while also testing the product in a real riding and equestrian environment.

Test shoots are generally limited to the first collaboration with a brand and include approximately 1 hour of shooting.

Included:

• All usable images from the session

• Content suitable for brand social media and marketing

If suitable for the product and conditions on the day, I may also capture short-form reel content, however reels are not guaranteed as they depend on the product type and shooting conditions.

What form of credit/usage should you expect from a photoshoot?

Where possible, crediting Fiona Loggie Photography on social media is greatly appreciated. All images and video content delivered include commercial usage rights for the client’s business marketing, including:

• Social media

• Website use

• Promotional material

Images may not be sold, redistributed, or supplied to third parties without written permission.

What photos will I receive from the photoshoot, and how will that happen?

Images are professionally edited in Fiona Loggie Photography’s signature style. RAW (unedited) images are not provided.

The photographer retains creative control over image selection and final edits. Edited images and video content will be delivered via a private online gallery. Typical turnaround times:

• Images: 1–2 weeks

• Reels / video content: 1–2 weeks

Priority editing may be available upon request.

What are your booking & cancellation policies?

A booking is confirmed once a shoot date has been agreed upon and an invoice has been issued. A 30% deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable prior to final delivery of images and video content. Payments can be made via bank transfer unless otherwise arranged.

If a shoot needs to be rescheduled due to weather, horse safety, or unforeseen circumstances, a new date will be arranged where possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot time may result in the loss of the booking deposit.

While every effort is made to capture the best possible content, Fiona Loggie Photography is not liable for circumstances outside of control including weather conditions, animal behaviour, or venue restrictions that may affect the final outcome of the shoot.
